Received this e-mail saying owe $955.00 and have 48 hours to pay or be in court....free e-mail account they are using is gmail and I don't think any reputable company would use gmail for collections...can somebody comment so I don't freak....Thank.
This was the contact number given to me from "ACS Inc" in an email I received today. Same stuff as usual, letter claims that I owe nearly $1000 and that if I don't contact them immediately bad things will happen to me and I'll be forever doomed while they hunt me down.
I received the same email saying I owe $1,000. This is definitly a form of fraud. Do not give out your personal information they are seeking info to use against you and to scare you to pay them money.
acs sent me an email saying i ovwe close to 5000 and i never ever took a loan out they are saying my social is on hold and i have 48 hr to answer or they are taking me to court
