Completely not true. MILLIONS of people still have "home phones". Try being helpful when someone may not know how to block calls on their "smart phones" instead of a acting like a know it all jerk wad.
I received call from this number. I answered, however I only heard a little static and 1 word said then the caller hung up. I never call a strange number back.
