They continue to call despite having been told that I am on the no call list and to stop calling. I think this company has just been fined by CRTC for not abiding with the no call list!

Doesn't make any difference who was what when the DNC was enacted. The administration, Rep. Or Dem., currently at the helm is in charge and can make changes. Just like any other law that has been changed within the existing and any other administration.
