Person calls says they are trying to collect debt. Can't tell me exactly who it's too only it's small and $15 and if I just give them my CC number they will take care of it. I ask when did this supposed bill happen I'm told 3 years ago. I tell her I'm not giving personal info over the phone and she can mail me a bill. She says she doesn't have too mail me a bill according to state law. I tell her I'm not paying until I have something in writing knowing its legit. Smells like a scam.
Called 3 times at 8200 am EST. Left a voice mail saying her name is miss Garcia and I needed to call her back. She addressed me by my last name. Based on the posts I'm not calling back
