I have been getting calls from 407 area.codes but I live in Canada and haven't been picking them up. I finally did last night and the girl knew my name and postal code. I just moved to this address a couple months ago so I was surprised when they said the current one. The lady said I won a draw that I recently entered but haven't entered any draws. She kept talking about all these trips I won and I just hung up. Don't give put information to this number.
I just got the same call from the same girl. She said I won all these trips and she put me through some guy, and he asked fro my CC# said I have to pay $574 for registration!.. Like I'm gonna pay for nonsense. The audacity!
Just got a call from 407-608-5321 and got the same message, I had entered a draw and won a trip with Disney Promotions. She wanted my partners name so she could ship out a package to us. I asked what website I had registered on (I NEVER REGISTER ONLINE), she said I had done it in the last 4 months and told me my postal cose. I kept asking for the site I registered on and I could here someone in the background telling her what to say to get me to give up my info. I said I am not providing any information unless she can tell me how I registered.
Thankfully I am in the travel business and know that this kind of thing is a scam. So needless to say she said that my trip would be given to the next registrant.
I got the same call. They confirmed my address incl postal code, knew my husbands name, and was very aggressive to get my cc #. They pretended to know what the # was by saying "cc # starting with 5". I kept asking for their direct line as I wanted to call them back and they just kept talking back about integrity and quality and give me your cc # so we can ship this out. How crazy!!! I wanted details so I could get these annoying scammers!
