No this is not a scam. They're a law office specializing in collecting debt. They are complete bottom feeders and represent other bottom feeder like Cach, LLC. Cach buys up debt and then sicks bottom feeders like this company on you.
It's great they also seem to have an illegitimate answer for anything you say to them. Also isn't it illegal to call a cell phone to attempt to collect a debt? These people I tell ya!
