Who called from 4076609999

2nd robo-call from these scammers this morning - this time from a different #.  

"Hi this is Rachel from Credit Card services..."

Reported to DONOTCALL.gov of course & looking into any othercomplaints I can file.
https://www.ftccomplaintassistant.gov/ seems to just reroute me to the donotcall.gov site

has called many times.

Have received four calls from "Bank of America" with a listing of this number on the caller ID. This has happened before.

The caller ID says Robert Kennedy. Then Rachel from Card Holder Services. If you have any CC with a balance, they will keep calling until you have no more Credit cards. Turn into your Attorney General Office and they still don't stop. They just change their number

This is scam. We have not done business with this company and since we are on a do not call list it is against the law for them to call us.
