WOW. is all I have to say. Just got off the phone with a representative named Bert, who then escalated me to his SUPERVISOR. Totally ridiculous, combative, unprofessional, got very agitated when I said I looked them up and do not trust their company (based on this website- thank you!) PREFERRED GUEST RESORTS, GO SCREW YOURSELF!!!!
Received a cal two days agol asking if I wanted to extend my two vacation packages since they are going to run out quickly. I told the caller that the packages were good until 2012, they checked and agreed. Then they wanted to sell me another vacation package with one free one, partial payment at the time $199.00. Did not purchase another package. Today I received another call from the same number, did not answer, they did not leave a message. Looked up the number and went back to check the number I answered two days ago, it was the same number. Someone posted to be careful of this number belonging to Bay Resort. Can you tell me more about them?

Keeps calling even though I don't answer. I don't know if its the same people or not but I've also been getting a huge number of unknown calls lately that I don't answer. Its driving me insane.
