WOW. is all I have to say. Just got off the phone with a representative named Bert, who then escalated me to his SUPERVISOR. Totally ridiculous, combative, unprofessional, got very agitated when I said I looked them up and do not trust their company (based on this website- thank you!) PREFERRED GUEST RESORTS, GO SCREW YOURSELF!!!!
Scam alert...these people are notorious! they will never stop calling you after they get your number! We were scammed out of $300 with this scam company..rude [***].. people! they should be sited by the government. dont answer..block this number!!

They call me on the daily basis. I bought a vacation package from them 3 years ago. Since then they have not stopped calling me to add upgrades/change plan/etc. I've spoke to reps a few times and everytime I talk to someone, they offer me different deals. Doesn't seem to be very consistent. Not sure how legit they really are.
