several calls from this number, even back to back at different times up to 8pm. I had received too many calls from unknown numbers that as mentioned above, other line hangs up when you answer so I don't anymore! And yes, the no call list is apparently worthless!
Caller ID says it came from Florida, no name. I did not answer. They left no message (as a legitimate company would) so I blocked them. They called my cell # and I am on the national no call list.
Thank all of you for posting. Much appreciated. They called my spoof number. It is the number that I use to sign up, or other things on the Web. If the calls to that number get too cumbersome, I burn that number, and sign up for a new spoof number. It isn't free, but worth every frickan penny. The app is called "Burner"... Go figure. Idk if anything like it is on anything bit iPhone. Good luck!
Called this number back and they had me on hold right away... no ringing... didnt stay on the line to talk to anyone... possibly a scam? no idea who they are.
