Got a call from this number and no message was left. Based on other messages, this is common from this same number. Love to make these kinds of stupid calls stop.
I work for the Sentinel and when they call to sell you a paper you can tell them not to call again and they immediately put you on the do not call list and apologize for the inconvenience.
Now if you owe them money then they have every right to call you over and over until you pay them.
The phone support is getting better as they just hired many more agents to take calls. You have to realize there is about 100 agents taking calls for 9 different newspapers across the nation so a few calls go unanswered by humans when there already talking to someone.
I do NOT owe money. I paid in full for delivery of SUNDAY ONLY and once my subscription ran out I declined to subscribe again. I do not receive the paper yet DAILY I am called and harassed to subscribe again. The very first call in December 2010, I told them to take me off their call list and they have NOT!I also will never subscribe again.

Very frustrated. Do not subscribe and if so don't give them a telephone number. Even after I cancelled my subscription the paper was still delivered and they kept calling me. First calls were coming from 407-650-9099. I made a complaint. Then calls from 407-680-0527. No message ever left on my voicemail. I called again to cancel the subscription I cancelled earlier the same month. Then moved from Orlando and found out they were still delivering to my old house. Called again and told them I wanted to opt out of all calls and asked them to stop the delivery. I spoke to a supervisor and placed another complaint. Only to find out they are still charging me for the subscription I cancelled. Would you believe they are STILL calling me at least 5 times a day. I do not know what else to do except change my phone number.
Not only have I been getting this paper for over a year since i moved here ,I have asked them to stop sending it over 10 times, BUT ITS IN SPANISH!!!! I have tols them when they call about this and they always promise to stop it -but its still comming they are still calling trying to sell me the paper I just dont answer anymore:(
