Who called from 4077069225

Calls twice everyday very annoying

When I answered the phone, the line was silent. I tried dialing the number and I get an operator message that states that I cannot complete the number as dialed.

This number calls me several times a day.  No one on the other end, hang ups, can't call back.  ANNOYING-Make it STOP

Got call on my mobile, no Caller ID info sent, they left no voicemail.

Keeps calling for at least a week, now.  I do not answer any calls that do not have a name attached so I  can't identify the company. Nobody HAS to answer their phone, do they?
