407 and 321 are the area codes for all of central Florida/Orlando area. Naturally, you shouldn't answer if you don't know anyone from there, but not all calls from Florida are scams.
This is a robo call from scam artists about "reducing your monthly energy bill." It's the "solar energy" people trying to get through to me via any number possible. If you block a number, they spoof another one. I've reported this illegal robocall. They are a bunch scam artists and will steal your money. Don't answer, block the number and if you are on the DNC list, report the robo call here:
I didn't answer. No message. They now pick an Area Code and get the numbers with different prefix exchanges available in that A/C. It usually gets more people to take a chance and answer it if they live near that A/C. It seems that Technology benefits the manipulators more than the benefactors anymore.
