I agree with comments. I purchased my timeshare with Grand Monarch ever since they were acquired by Diamond Resorts it's been a nightmare for me as well!

Calls, leaves no message.  Caller ID says Florida

Literally had a rep tell me they would keep calling me for the rest of my "godforsaken life." I've asked them to stop calling me 10 times now.

"I've asked them to stop calling me 10 times now"  Well something tells me that if you keep answering the call and telling them to stop calling you they won't.  So maybe time to take a new approach?  Like blocking the call from coming through?

Call came in on my mobile but caller ID was blank, and they left no message.
