The Florida H2O Coalition ( http://www.floridah2ocoalition.org/ ) is a legitimate lobby consisting basically of scientists, industrialists, and farmers who have business concerns about laws, regulations, and projects that affect Florida's water quantity and quality. It was jointly formed by the Florida Water and Climate Alliance ( http://floridawca.org/ ) and Associated Industries of Florida ( http://aif.com/menu_councils_h20.html ). Contact information is at the bottom of the first Web page listed here, including a phone number of (850) 224-7173. I have to think the 407-792-2740 number is either a spoof used by a scammer or some marketing service working for the Florida H2O Coalition. In either case, my call blocking device blocked the number, and I'm not interested in adding my name to a lobby I really would not have much voice in, even if I joined.
My caller ID came up "Voter Research". Blocked call #413 (two Panasonics), idiot call #807 in the past 25 months. Caller ID "1" has called 56 times, 6 in one day, 12 in another.
Called left no message. ID said FL H20 COALITION whatever that is, probably a scam. Unfortunately my Panasonic phone has used up the 200 numbers it can block. DNC lists don't mean a darn thing in fact I believe the government is selling our numbers to these low life scumbags.
