Lady called 5:12 PM EST and was rattling off a canned spiel about the "bad power companies" that were going up on rates and that they would drop off pamphlets about how to save money in the coming months. I told her she was calling a phone listed on the National Do No Call List, but she said their organization was exempt from that list. I then asked for Her name and phone number (even tho I had the number on my caller ID list)and she wouldn't give me either, so I hung up on her.
