Sorry, forgot to add -- My caller ID labeled caller as 'SMITH IVAN.' Sadly, in today's world, hope it's just a rude person or perhaps a mistaken elderly or confused one rather than a jerk doing so intentionally.
Call every day, at least twice. There is silence, then a click sound, then more silence. I keep saying "Ivan Smith, are you there", but there is never a reply. Obnoxious! I believe it is a scam- one that involves an offer to switch electricity due to state wide deregulation of utilities here in NJ. Have received a lot of calls with these offers within the last year; however, most come from WA state.
Received at least 2 of these calls in the past 2 days . When you answer nobody's there.Name on caller I D is Ivan Smith. Whoever it is they are very rude!!!!!
