I just received the second call from this number as well. No message when I didn't answer the first time, then no one answering when my husband picked up the second time. Same number, Caller ID says Ivan Smith.

I am on the DO NOT CALL list which is a joke. The FCC does not enforce the list and the scammers and telemarketers know this. If Obama and Boener want to save $$$ disband the FCC along with their employees, furniture, bulding, etc. It is an excellnet place to start saving tax payer $$
Just received a call. It says *Ivan Smith.* FCC list is a joke! I've had more of these sale/scam calls in the last two years than ever before. Caring for sick husband so calls are very disturbing. Wish I could strangle them all!
