Florida loves to spam call me so I am guessing this another one of those people.

Most likely; no CID info other than FL & number, no message left either when the call came at 2:54 EST.  Why waste their time?  Will give the number another chance then block; would love to block the whole 407 area code but have relatives & friends that live there, otherwise would.

Called, did not leave message. Damn Florida scammers.

Same here. Called cell during work hours. Didnt leave message. I know no one in Orlando FL.
