I received a hang up call from this number. When I called the number back I was ask to hold while the subscriber was found. The name was a woman's name going to voicemail. It was a cell phone.
These are scumbags othewise known as "Time Share Solicitors" aka "Slime Share Solicitors".

They call you up and tell you that you are eligible for a highly discounted vacation but in return, you just have to visit their property on a walk-through tour that will only take 60-90 minutes. What this really means is that they would like to hold you hostage for half a day while slimeball sales people and closers take turns trying to get you to buy there near worthless time share weeks at their resort for thousands of dollars. Oh and if you get up and leave, you will need to pay full price for your "highly discounted" or "promotional" vacation.
