Who called from 4078368699

I don't know who this is. Called and hung up when I answered.

This is an Orange County number. (They all begin with 836) Just got 2 calls form the number but didn't pick up Perhaps we are getting wrong numbers from the jail? But it's 9:30pm!

When I answered, the recording went as follows:

"This is a free call."

(pause)
*click*
(pause)

"For a rate quote, please press 1."

It repeated 2 more times before disconnecting.

Got two calls.  

One was after 11 p.m., the second came about an hour and a half later.  

A recording with a woman's voice left me a message saying,

"This is a free call."  

(pause)

"This is a free call."

Subsequently, the caller disconnected.

This number should not be callin me don't know who it is nor do I care!!
