Someone keeps calling and saying they re from National Finance looking for someone I have never heard of and keep insisting I am that person.
I advised the guy that I was not who he was looking for and to stop calling my house. he ignored my warning and continued to call somtimes late at night and 6am in the morning. The caller once identified himself as Mr. Garcia and call back several times with my area code and stated he was calling from National Finance.
I kept receiving these calls for a person who does not live here. No message and would hang up when I answered. I called the number back to find out what, who they wanted. I got put on hold by a woman who spoke poor english for 10 minutes, then disconnected. This happened 3 times. When I did get a live one on the phone.. she told me to "send it in to their office"..WHAT OFFICE?? AND WHAT TO SEND IN?? *duh*
later that day another call. This time the ebonic male on the other end was rude, callous, and yelling at me when I asked him to remove MY number from the data base. I have filed a complaint.. lets see whats next.
Its a shame that I have NO bills and I get harrassed by some monkey. geezzzzzzzzzzz.
I keep getting calls at my business for a "David Miller". There is no one here by that name.
I get calls from three different numbers, "National Financial" with a Florida number (407-850-0042), a "Name Unavailable" from a Colorado number (303-536-5858), and an automated "800" number call.
The Colorado number always has someone on the line, asking for "Mr. Miller". It's always from a black male (I'm quite certain). I tell them there is no one here by that name and they hang up.
The Florida numbers are better. So far I've spoken to two women. When I tell them that this is a business number and there is no David Miller here, they apologize and hang up. Eventually they always call back, though.
They've probably called 15 times over the course of the past two weeks. It's getting annoying.
Hey, Guys...the real name of National Finance IS NOT NCO FINANCIAL. It is Mathes Management Enterprises Inc located in Orlando, FL. The address is 5517 Hansel Ave, Orlando, FL 32809-3404. The Vice-President is Vice-President Michael D Mathes. I am forwarding this information to the BBB in Florida, because they've been looking for them. it was their name that threw everybody off. I also contacting NCO Financial so they can forward their complaints to the right source. GET THE CREEPS.
