Who called from 4079309175

I had a voicemail from this number.  Just background noise that sounded like someone talking on a 2 way radio.  Yay!!! another number to add to my blocked list.  I recently put my number on the GOV do not call list for the second time.  I guess that was a waste or did it just put my number out there again?

These people call me night and day 4-7 times a day, when I answer, they won't say anything. what can I do to make them stop?.....Thanks!

This numbers keeps calling and calling and calling. Ugh, so frustrated.

Calls my voicemail every day in Vancouver, BC Canada on my cell and never leaves a message. It's been at least twice a day now every day for the past week so far...

I've seen this number before (last called in December), left a seven second voicemail with lots of chatter in the background.
