Ironically, each time I get a call from 407-933-8689, within 5 minutes, get a call from 800868-0043. When looking up that number, it indicates Wells Fargo Mtge.
I do have an issue with my mtge & wonder if the 407 # is one of their's as well but in "disguise" to fool the one being called into answering, so I DON'T!!
These dirtbags called me too. Recording says I've won a Disney vacation. I didn't bother to press 1 or 2, just held the line, but it rolled over to white noise. Looked up the number - says it belongs to a Donk Trucking Company in Kissimmee FL. But if you call back, you get the message that this number has been disconnected. I'd say some lowlife got ahold of the number and is patching it illegally from a previously disconnected number to run a scam. We can spy on some german counselor's cellphone calls for 10 years, but we can't stop scam artists and telemarketers. Nice to know where our priorities are.
The caller sent us a message for purchasing, it gives us a promotional code. 12:11, noon, 11/13/2013, I returned the call 3 minutes later, It rings for a while, then message: You have reached the number not in services.: According www.800notes.com. several people already filed report about this unwanted calls.
