Yes if they have your information as far as your bank account, you should close it out now! That is what I was advised to do by the Attorney General's office.
Thats great news...be sure to file a report if they continue. I just got done doing all of that. It has been such a headache but at least I know I am protected now!
Please file your report. This is what I had to do. Maybe if enough of us do this, it will lead them to the responsible party for this. I hope you get this all worked out
Hi. I RECEIVED A CALL A FEW WEEKS AGO REGARDING A PAYDAY LOAN THAT I DIDN'T DO. I WAS TOLD BY MS. KING THAT IF I DON'T PAY THE LOAN THEY WILL FILE CHARGES AGAINST ME. I WAS ABOUT TO CALL THEM BUT SOMETHING TOLD ME TO GOOGLE THEIR COMPANY, THEN I SAW THE NUMBERS MATCH AND FOUND OUT THANKS TO THE FELLOW POSTERS AND BING I FOUND OUT IT WAS A SCAM. WOW!!! ITS A GOOD THING I DIDN'T PAY THEM OR GIVE OUT MY REAL BANK INFORMATION.
