You know it's a scam, because the google search would have found this number on their website if it was a real offer.

3/22/13 1PM - 2 rings and hang up. Random robo caller - have received several calls from this area code with random numbers attached using various calling ID: lower interest rate, unknown and today they used Quezada, Batina. They are desperate to trick you so they can steal from you.
