robocall on my phone from 407-986-5439" caller ID said "UNKNOWN NAME" on Thursday 12-29-16 at 325 PM
SCAMMER again calling to harass.
pressed my talk button and said nothing.
male with strong india/hindi accent kept on saying "Hello. Hello, Hello" but after a minute he gave up
Originally received a "Rachel from Card Services" type call to my phone from 888-116-1231, but during the conversation, they provided this number as a call back number. This is a scam to try to get you to tell them your credit card number and expiration date, supposedly to "verify your information" so they can get someone to lower your interest rate.
As typical of these, it sounded like someone from India. Complaint filed with the FTC.
This just happened to me! When I asked their number and then looked up the post above and read it to the man from India he hung up on me!!! Don't give out your information!
