male with strong india/hindi accent kept on saying "Hello. Hello, Hello" but after a minute he gave up

Caller claims his firm is described in Wikipedia, but non information is found there.
Caller's postal address (386 Orange Street, Orlando, FL 34825") does not exist.
Caller-ID hides his actual phone number ("Janesville, WI 608-371-6666") and instead displays the number for NoMoRoBo, a telemarketer-blocking firm.
