Another call from FL area. Again... did not answer. Like previous message below, I had previously been contacted by someone claiming to be from Hilton Vacations. Doesn't matter who they claim to represent - telemarketers are all scammers.
Annoying. They've called 10-15 times over the last week or two. Each of the several times that I did answer was the same pattern: I typically answer the phone by saying "Hello, this is <my name>. How can I help?," they say nothing... I only hear silence... and a few seconds later I hang up. I'm guessing that it's an automated telemarketer system, which passes the call to the sales rep awhile after we answer. Next time that I answer their call, I plan to wait awhile to see if someone eventually responds. If so, I'll ask them to remove my # and not call again. We'll see what happens.
