I received several calls in a row, on my personal and business line. The caller said that due to my good credit history I qualified for an interest rate of 6.9%, etc. When questioned on who he was with, he stated that he represented VISA and this would apply to all my high-interest rate cards...when I asked him for details I was told there would be a "One-time processing fee of $500 - $700". I immediately asked to be removed from the list and hung up.
Got this call, pressed 9 was told can lower my credit card said ok tell me about it? Said please give me your name I said well you called me so tell me who you called. Thent hey saidI can be added to a family members card at a lower rate said ok tell me which family member. Then I said if you can tell me who and what number you called I'd be more then happy to lower my cards click was the last thing I heard

Definitely a scam. It looks like they have changed their "game" from Cruise deals to credit card deals (lower your interest rate). Starts the same way, with a recorded message asking if you are interested in lowering the interest rate on your credit card. If so, you are directed to press "9" to get transferred to a live agent. When I asked which card they represented, the guy said Visa and Mastercard and I could sense he was getting angry. Then when I asked which bank was involved, he named 3 or 4 different banks. That's when I knew this wasn't legitimate, so I told him I have no outstanding balance on my cards, he hung up on me! When I called back the number, it had been disconnected.
Received call asking if I would like to lower interest rate on credit card and that they where credit card services. Then asked which credit card did I want to lower if your a service for credit card service then you should know my account and not even ask that question. I think it is a scam.
