I got a call from same number. Answered just for kicks. The guy was Hispanic sounding and didn't hear me answer. He was carrying on a conversation with someone else. "Alejandro can you add this number.." Hmmm sounds like they are data mining numbers. I called the number back, it comes up as a bad number. So they are listing a fake # to show on caller ID.
Do not answer this call or give out any information to the caller. They are using a spoofed telephone number. '199' is not a valid exchange anywhere in the U.S.
