Who called from 4082019405

I got a call at least once a week with a message that say to accept press 1 I finally pressed 1 but there was no one talking so I hang up. I add it to my blocked list now.

I don't answer my cell unless they are on my contact list.....telemarketer quit calling.

Unwanted calls from WCA to my home number as well as mobile, I get these calls 2 times a day everyday! Very annoying.
