Business to business calls are exempt from the do not call lists.

I had a call on my cell phone from this number and the caller had a thick foreign accent and was talking dirty to me.  Then he started heavy breathing.

they dont necessarily have to get it from the local mls, there are places online wher eyuo can buy realtor lists fr the entire country if you want..

I am a Realtor. THis "Estvan" just told me - "Screw Ethics and screw your team" and sign up for a website. He then yelled at me. NICE!!

I called back and spoke with Todd the manager. He was very nice, and very appologetic. This Estvan told me that he was calling and representing the RMLS. I have called to report the company to the RMLS.
I would advise any agents that have issues with these callers to call the RMLS and report them, and also to call the number back and talk to a manager.
