Don't answer him he's a known scammer. Got to romancescams.com and look up kelvin benson or [email protected]. Also uses name Franco. Block his number so he can't contact you. No telling what the creep is up to, but if he's asking for money it's obviously nothing good. He's a known con artist.

By the way are you the same Tammy claiming to have been taken by the India Loan scam? Just wondering... It's odd to see someone posting about two scams at once.
