Looks like a new number which was probably morphed from a too often used number that's probably been blocked by numerous victims.  I will be blocking this one, too.  CID:  Out of Area.

Got a call from this number. Heard a lot of background conversation and cheering before a woman said hello and then disconnected me.

Solar system company misrepresenting itself and using shady marketing techniques.

Got a call from this number again today, looks like another "energy" scam. Didn't answer, they didn't leave a message, blocked.

Theae people are relentless. I've asked to be removed from their list repeatedly.
