CID: Out of Area. Number: 408-290-6920. Scammer called me twice in the same minute because my phone's call blocker blocked them. Because that number didn't work, they called me from 408-290-6958 (a new spoofed 408-290-69xx number) to get my attention of which I picked up the phone and I hung up the phone in the same moment which simulates a blocked call. I read that CPR Call Blocker will block all iterations of the same number as in this case where this scammer uses 408-290-69xx; hence, all iterations of xx starting from 00 up to 99 will be blocked for this phone number sequence. I haven't gotten this call blocker, but it might be worth investigating further.
