After over 6 calls over the last 5 weeks, I was able to get passed to a Supervisor. I told him I am on Do Not Call list and have requested on every call to be taken off their list. He gave me 877.681.3976 to lodge a formal complaint with the company-- (American Pro Energy). Called the number and left message with my concerns. I also sent an e-mail to the company via their website with my formal request so there is a paper trail if I continue to receive calls

I have been getting harassing phone calls from both 408 290 6927 and 408 290 6959. Every day, starting from 8.30 am going to 8.30 pm and will not give up when I ask to be taking off the list.
When I call the number back, I get "the message box is full"
My phone shows Sunnyvale when the call comes in.
Like others have said, they are relentless!!! Will not stop cLling, no matter how many times I have told them too! Now they've started calling my husband's cell as well as our home. I asked to speak to a supervisor, of course there wasn't one available! Has anyone got the name of the Company they represent? If so, can you please let us know? I will call them & threaten legal action if they don't stop!
The company name is American Pro Energy. They try to schedule an onsite free consultation and quotation for solar solutions and pushes you to schedule an appointment within the same day or a week.
