Same scam with San Jose number. First call I asked what state are you in and they hung up. I called back and she said it was student services loan company working for the government from Riverside by LA. This call is probably from outside the US . Total SCAM

Called and left NO message. When number is dialed, rings through and call is answered by a "live" agent with, ". . . Hello. . ." and you can hear numerous chatter of other cold callers in the background. This is clearly a boiler room SPAM/SCAM entity intent on fraud. DO NOT ANSWER!
