Called to schedule annual furnace check. Said there would be a min. $30 charge. The way she pitched it, we thought it was our usual HVAC service, so set up a time for them to come. They never showed (thank god). Didn't realize it was a scam til we called our HVAC place and they said they never call us. No harm done, no credit card # given or anything; just creepy and a nuisance.
