Who called from 4083725985

Called my work number twice in the middle of the night (dumb considering it is calling a number within the same area code, so the caller should know better).  When I tried calling the number, an automated system answered with this greeting: "Welcome to Magic Talk.  Please enter the Magic Talk number you are trying to reach."  Searched for "magictalk" and came up with this interesting summary: http://voip2u.org/what-is-magic-talk

Am hoping it was just a Magic Talk customer who got a wrong number, and not some other kind of spam dialer bot.

I also received about 6 calls (two in the midnight and four during early morning) a couple of days ago. No message was left.

Received multiple crank calls from this number from a man sounding like he was from India.

I received a call from this number, and it comes back with a "magic number, you would like to reach" Why are they calling? Where did they get my #?

Got a call from this number at 4:47am this morning.  When I called back, answer machine asked me to enter the 'magic number' that I would like to call
