I've been working with incoming calls for most of my career.  When a caller asks to speak to "someone in sales" they are trying to sell their product.  This guy argued, demanded, insulted me when I said we don't take sales calls.  He then asked be transferred to the head honcho.  I did so, but  he answered so I explained it to him.  Boss said to block the caller.
