Received a rather threatening call from an middle-eastern accented man named Alex. He said that if I didn't call back immediately, that a lawsuit would be filed against me and I'd be arrested either at my work or office. Needless to say, has to be a scam because I don't owe anybody any $$$$$. Out of San Jose, CA.
I receved a message from this phone number one at my home and one with my employer stating that he was Officer Ken ??, couldn't catch the last name, accent was very thick (like a police agency would call and give someone a "heads up" that they would be arrested...LOL), I would be arrested tomorrow morning, law suit against me, important I call back immediately with my retained attorney. I'm keeping track of possible identy theft because they stated my employers name at my home number, called my home number and also identified me by my last 4 numbers of my social security number which was correct.
