I finally called this number back and discovered it's listed with "Debt Removers" - they must have gotten my number some way or another - I'm not sure if they're a legitimate organization. Many operations say they can help you eliminate you debt but really can't and often end up taking your money. Make sure any company you work with to eliminate debt is a part of BBB and Consumer Credit Counseling.
