4084043301 caller unsolicited. Could not understand the person calling but did understand the words "we want to be your service" for something?? Since person is calling numbers on the DNC list (do not call list) I would be wary of working with this company as obviously they don't obey US laws so what else would they do illegal on behalf of another company. They would also be hard to work with since they clearly CANNOT communicate clearly (as so many others have reported here).
I talked to this guy for 4 minutes; they get domain contact information from GoDaddy's Whois data. After I expressed my intention to report this as a TOS violation, he suddenly wasn't interested in sharing his company's contact information.
Interestingly enough, he stayed on the line for awhile while I expressed my frustration. He said that all of the agencies in his area get information this way, and that he knows it isn't the right way to get leads.
Spoke rather understandable English, and was plenty awake for a phone call at what would have been midnight for Chennai.
Still frustrating, and GoDaddy will almost certainly (be able to) do nothing about it.
Regularly receive calls from 1-408-404-3301 around noon Hawaii/Pacific time. Caller ID says San Jose CA, never answer but answering machine sometimes picks up music.
