Who called from 4084185564

These people are annoying and unprofessional. If you don't want to leave a message, then don't freaking call my cell 20 times a day.

I don't understand why (if this is Cox) they don't leave any message. Makes no sense to me...Caller ID only show the number without a name.

I received a call to my VA cell phone number. Voicemail was silent for 4 seconds. Reporting to donotcall.gov.

I have been called over and over by this number, no message left and when i answer i get dead air.  finally after my third call today i answered and didn't say a word, just held the phone to my ear for about 25 seconds.  It's an automatic dialer for Cox cable, after a delay, some schmo comes on the line and tries to sell you services.  LOSERS!  I wish i had WOW in my area!

I get calls from this number 6-8 times PER DAY. I have even answered the calls only to be disconnected. I called back the number and got a generic voicemail box. I left a message with my phone number telling them to stop calling, They called back, I filed a report with the FTC. It takes a minute to file a report with the FTC if your number is on the Do Not Call List. Even if you do have services with Cox, they are not allowed to keep calling you to sell you more if you instruct them not too. File a complaint. I am including the link. I am in Ohio.
