Who called from 4084185564

I answered the phone when this number appeared.  It is Cox Communications and they were trying to sell me additional services.

I'm also in Virginia.  They don't leave a message.  I assume the above is true since I am a Cox customer and do not have a landline.

This is the second time I have received a call from this number.  I don't answer because I don't recognize the number.

I get calls from this number several times a day at least once a week. I don't have Cox anything no idea where they got my number from?

I also receive a call almost every day on my cell phone. Glad to find out it is Cox, I have service with them also here in Virginia
