My number is in federal no-call registry and yet they keep calling me, I used to pick it up and say hello and my name as I normally do, but never got any response. Now I just let it ring.
Thanks for info, now I at least know where to complain. I have Cox internet only.
Just received a call from this number - caller ID said it was "Cox Cable". I picked up and said hello and the man on the other end said "Oh, come on, mother-[***]," and promptly hung up in my ear.
When I called my local Cox branch to complain, they couldn't do much other than tell me they were sorry and would look into it. They did not even recognize the number. (Perhaps Cox is outsourcing for these telemarketing calls?)
