Got this call today. Recorded message telling me I qualify for "hardship" help with visa bills and that they can wipe out credit card debt,or reduce it to 30-50 cents on the dollar. Also said they have the same program for master card and american express. Am assuming this is a big time scam. Staying on the line would connect me to somebody so they could verify my "eligibility" so of course I hung up.
