Who called from 4084185667

This is from 20/20 optical magazine selling subscriptions, they call 2 to 3 times every day.  I called the magazine to have this stopped.  It stopped for 3 days, and started again today, very frustrating!

I receive a call almost every day! As soon as I answer... call is dropped! Stop calling!

Keep getting call from this number 2-3 times a day.

Called from LSA magazine which is a free subscription I recieve to update my information. As far as I know this was a legit phone call.

They call everyday at 10. It is always a different person calling. I have told them for a week that we do not want the subscription. I am going to try and block the number.
