My Caller ID said it was from IP Communications. When I called back the next day a woman named Shauna picked up and said it was from the 317 (Indianapolis) area. So I'm gueesing it could be a telemarker who goes form different area (I looked up IP communications and their website is confusing.)

This is CASH CALL, pay day loan lender that you might owe a debt to. They are relentless with calling. I just got this new number and they are calling it like crazy. It comes up as IP Communications on Caller ID, but this number is just a local switch number that's re-routed from the real number they are calling from so they can get you to answer by using the same area code as your dailing.
